Ever since I came into contact with constellations, something clicked, as if for the first time all the feelings I was feeling suddenly made sense. I learned they can actually guide me instead of confuse or overwhelm me, if I only listen in a different way.
Are you looking for guidance with a specific question? I am not here to answer it for you, but I offer to sit next to you while we explore the wisdom of your inner knowing. You are welcome in a group or 1:1 setting.

Please know that taking the step towards working with constellations may trigger some resistance or fear in you, especially when it’s a matter close to the heart or one that feels very vulnerable. Know that it is part of the process to welcome this resistance.. Please welcome it with open arms! All the parts that are alive in us somehow came along the way to protect us when it was needed. They keep us guarded in the times we are not ready to deal with or look at something. And some have served their time and we can lovingly let go of them.. With a big hug and gratitude. In order to make space for the new that wants to emerge! Know that everything will happen in your own time, and we will never force something that you do not feel ready for. And where there ís capacity for expansion, we will always need a little bit of courage.

Cultivating intuition asks for a state of receptivity, for intuition is something to be received.. Not produced. The mind loves to produce, to be in control. Intuition asks you to let go of control. In order to be receptive, open up your body, welcome your sensations, welcome the ears that hear beyond the sounds.. Listen with your heart. Clean your system so you will know the subtle edge between fear and steady knowing, and trust the unknown. Learn your own cues,how information lands in you. How your body communicates with you. This asks you to be present, to be aware, to be in tune with your senses.. And letting go of how you want your state to be but surrendering to what is.. To let go of the outcome. For trust can only emerge in the unknown, as when a situation is predicted, no trust would be needed..

Constellation work offers you a different perspective to the question you might have been dealing with in your mind.. And since the mind was exactly the place where we could not find the answer, I invite you to gently leave it at the door! Constellation works, in her mysterious ways, with the undercurrent and will show you what is actually happening underneath the surface. This means that certain dynamics may show up that your mind might have never thought of! This all maybe sounds magical and promising, but hold on. Constellations are not guaranteed to give you a clear answer to a question, and in that way not something to understand but rather to feel.. And those feelings that we may have shut down, may actually show you the way to a different kind of understanding. It will remind you of what is important in the moment. In other words; come and experience, is what I am trying to say.

I write a lot about feelings, the unconscious, and intuitive side of this work. Because that is what feels most true to me and embodies the way I work. However, when it comes to working with constellations I like to bring the problem ‘to the earth’ - Where in your life are you facing a problem? And where would you like to go? I like to make the ‘problem’ very specific, so you can relate to it and we can make the process tangible. And the most important question; where would you like to go? Through a family constellation, we can witness what is important for you right now or might be blocking you from getting where you want.. Which is not always a crystal clear solution, but might offer you a next step.
In general, people come with a wide range of questions. This might relate to patterns in relating, feeling stuck in work, emotional turbulence, anxiety, a choice you have to make, you name it. Basically anything that comes up and feels important to you, we can work with. Also when you are not really sure and your question is still vague, but you still feel like something is bothering you, you are very welcome to come and we can have a look together.
